  • Selection process involves several levels of screening – Academic Performance, Tests in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning & English language and Personal Interviews
  • Screening criteria has primary focus on ensuring that the candidates are “trainable / coach-able”.  Criteria will ensure that industry minimums are met
  • Clients are notified at every stage of the process
