Permanent staffing
Our staffing services come with a significant “value add”. All candidates are pre-screened for technical and HR competencies and only the qualified candidates are presented to the clients. 3Edge team would schedule interviews and work with the hiring managers till the candidate is on-boarded. For overseas positions, 3Edge would coordinate the visa and travel arrangements. Candidates are sensitized about the visiting country’s regulations and culture prior to their travel.
